Hello Titan Families!
Some quick reminders regarding activities for the 2023-24 SY.
1) Fall activity registration is open. Use this link (https://forms.gle/vUWPyWEDccnEHDkn8) to access the registration.
2) The fall sports meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 9th @ 7pm in the NCE Gymnasium in Twin Valley.
3) Use this checklist (https://docs.google.com/document/d/11JeksPKKV7RfPOtf0iKnSLPLLpB_G_OLnCvxcjrXOZY/edit?usp=sharing) to determine if your student/athlete is ready for the beginning of the season.
4) Baseline concussion testing is set up for the following dates and locations:
A. Thursday, August 10th @ 9am at Ulen-Hitterdal School in computer lab B
B. Friday, August 11th @ 9am at Norman County East School in the library computer lab
i. information regarding the baseline concussion testing
a. Must be completed in order to participate in any practices or contests.
b. Student/athletes may attend either session at either location, not just at the school they attend.
c. If neither of these dates do not work, it is up to you to reach out to the activities director in hopes of setting up an alternate time.
d. You may complete this baseline now even if you're not in a fall sport.

There has been an update to the 3rd grade class supply list sent out yesterday. This note only affects 3rd grade. Fall Sports Sign-up! Please complete the Fall Activities Sign-Up Form if you intend to play this upcoming fall! This document, along with an up-to-date sports physical and concussion testing is mandatory to be eligible to PRACTICE or PLAY in any sport.

The Salvation Army's Back to School Program provides children, who are in need, with backpacks and supplemental school supplies.
Applications can be picked up at Norman-Mahnomen Public Health, located in the basement of the Norman County Courthouse in Ada.
Norman County East is looking to continue to GROW our FFA program!

NCE Dollars for Scholars will be serving lunch at Town & Country Days July 15th and need help from any students and/or parents.

There are two shifts: 10am-12pm and 12pm-2pm.

Donations of bars and name brand pop are also needed.

Summer Volleyball 2023
A HUGE thank you to Annabelle, Brooke, Jazlin, and Alestair for their hard work this weekend. They are the 1st group to help raise funds for the Fine Art Trip by volunteering at The Wild Rice Peacemakers Cowboy Mounted Shooting Group. It was such an amazing and fun weekend.
